FAMB Youth Skills Clinic 2 (06/14/2026)

FAMB youth clinics are for kids ages 8-16 who want to work on their mountain biking skills and have fun riding trails with other kids. Helmets are required. Please make sure your child has a functioning mountain bike, ample water, some snacks, and appropriate clothing and footwear, and a backpack to carry any of this stuff during the ride. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for registration and bike safety inspections.

You gotta get up to get down! Come learn about the 4 types of climbing and other skills to help you make it to the top. Plan on arriving at the trailhead by 5:45pm so that you’re ready to ride by 6pm. Registration is limited to 30, but there will be a waitlist. In the past we were able to accommodate most of our waitlist requests! If you have any questions about the event, please contact director@flatheadamb.org. Clinics are FREE to current FAMB members. Join FAMB at the Spencer Mountain Freeride Trails for a clinic focusing on navigating steeper terrain, banked turns, and learning skills to manage trail features. This clinic is intended for intermediate riders who have completed the 4 part women's clinic series with FAMB and/or have the equivalent skills and experience from previous seasons of riding mountain bikes.

Plan on arriving at the trailhead by 5:45 pm so that you’re ready to ride by 6 pm. Registration is limited to 12 women, but there will be a waitlist. Since this number is so limited, please only sign up for one clinic to allow others to participate. If you have any questions about the event, please contact Ron at director@flatheadamb.org. .
