About usFlathead Area Mountain Bikers, Inc. was founded in 2005 as Flathead Fat tires, Inc. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded primarily by membership fees, grants, and local donations. We maintain and Spencer Trails, a freeride trail network in Whitefish. We also host six free Youth Skills Clinics, four free Women's Skills Clinics, and four free Group Rides every summer. Our members average over 600 hours of volunteer work every year. We also raise funds for projects such as the Armory Pump Track at Armory Park in Whitefish.
